Clinical information
Clinical documentation should be sent to clinic@fatigueinstitute.com unless we advise otherwise.
Clinical records are stored locally in the company database and are not intended for public internet access. Documentation may be sent by email when required for clinical or administrative purposes.
Audit, outcomes analysis and research
We may analyse clinical outcomes and service data to evaluate and improve care. Where results are used for audit, service evaluation, teaching or publication, we will use anonymised or appropriately de-identified information so that patients are not identifiable.
For specific research projects that require collection or processing of identifiable health information, such as clinical trials or defined prospective research studies, we will seek explicit patient authorisation and put in place any required approvals before collecting or using those data for that project.
If you have questions or wish to discuss restriction of your data for these purposes, contact data.protection@fatigueinstitute.com.
Third-party services
We use selected third-party services to operate the website and appointment pathway, including Cloudflare for web hosting and security, Calendly for appointment booking, Google Workspace for professional email services, and MailerLite for educational mailing lists and course updates.
