What happens after I pay?
We will contact you within the next three working days to arrange the first meeting. At the end of the first meeting, we will outline an initial plan and schedule the following appointments.
Intensive programme
A structured 12-week clinical programme for patients who need an initial comprehensive fatigue assessment followed by close, goal-oriented online follow-up.
€3000 · 12 weeks · online follow-up · doctor or nurse according to clinical need
The programme starts with a comprehensive fatigue assessment and clinical planning. The following weeks provide structured review of goals, progress, barriers, intensity, direction and next steps.
The programme is designed for patients who need more continuity and structure than a single consultation can provide. It does not replace emergency care or local medical care when physical examination, urgent assessment or local tests are required.
Programme conditions
These conditions are not small print. Please read them before paying for the programme.
We will contact you within the next three working days to arrange the first meeting. At the end of the first meeting, we will outline an initial plan and schedule the following appointments.
The programme lasts 12 weeks. It includes an initial comprehensive assessment and weekly online follow-up meetings, with the doctor or nurse depending on clinical need each week.
The initial medical assessment may be delivered in English or Spanish. Some nurse-led follow-up is currently available in English. The exact mix of doctor-led and nurse-led appointments will be discussed after the first meeting.
Yes. If you cancel at least 48 hours before the first scheduled meeting, we will issue a full refund, provided that no substantial clinical preparation has already been carried out. This notice period is necessary because the programme requires reserved clinical time that cannot usually be reassigned at short notice.
If you cancel the first meeting with less than 48 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend without prior notice, we may retain up to €500. This reflects the reserved clinical appointment time, preparation and administrative work associated with the initial medical assessment.
If you decide not to continue after the first meeting and before the second meeting, you will be charged only the standard medical consultation fee of €500, and the remaining €2500 will be refunded.
After the second meeting, the programme is considered to have substantively started. By that stage, the initial medical assessment has been completed, the individual programme has been designed, and clinical time has been reserved for structured follow-up. The programme is purchased as an integrated 12-week clinical programme rather than as separate weekly sessions, and its value is not calculated proportionally by the number of follow-up meetings used. For that reason, no refund will be provided if you decide to stop after the second meeting. This does not affect your statutory rights if we fail to provide the service with reasonable care and skill or if the service is not provided as agreed.
During the first consultation, it may become clear that the intensive programme is not clinically appropriate or is unlikely to be useful in your situation. In that case, we will provide a different clinical plan, charge only €500 as the standard medical consultation fee, and refund the remaining €2500.
No. This is a scheduled assessment and follow-up programme. If symptoms are sudden, severe, rapidly progressive or associated with chest pain, shortness of breath, fainting, neurological symptoms, marked weakness or other worrying features, please seek urgent medical care.
